Orders can only be cancelled once. If your cancellation request is rejected or withdrawn, you cannot submit another request for the same order.
How to cancel an order on the Shopee platform
Step 1: Go to the Me tab Step 2: Click on To ShipStep 3: Select your order Step 4: Click on Cancel Order Step 5: Select Cancellation Reason Step 6: Click on Confirm Please take note of the following information regarding order cancellation: Reason | Clarification |
Paid local orders (Without Pre-Order) | You may request to cancel anytime before the seller arranges the shipment, but instant cancellation is not possible once the shipment has been arranged. |
Paid orders (Pre-Order) | A cancellation request can be raised but the seller’s approval is required, and if they don't respond within 1 day, the order will be automatically cancelled and refunded. |
Paid overseas orders (Without Pre-Order) | Your order can be instantly cancelled within one (1) hour from the order is placed. After 1 hour, the seller's approval will be required. Do note that cancellation is not possible once the shipment is arranged. |

How to withdraw your cancellation request
