1. When can I cancel my order

Here is how it works:
🟢 No seller approval required
Applies if your payment has not been completed or the seller has not arranged shipment (order with no tracking number updated).
Cancellation is immediate; no waiting is needed.
If the seller has not shipped the order within 3 days after the Days to Ship period, the system will cancel it automatically for you.
🟠 Seller approval required
Applies if shipment has already been arranged.
The seller has 1 day to respond.
If the seller does not reply within that time, the system will approve your request automatically, and your payment will be refunded.

a) Find Your Order
Click on “Me” on your Shopee app.
Tap “To Pay” or “To Ship”.
Look for your order and tap on its name.

If payment has not gone through, your order will appear under “To Pay”.
If payment is successful, you will find it under “To Ship” before the seller ships it out.
